Yo Ho Ho and a Bottle of ...

On 16th May when the music (well, HF radio) died and it looked like we might have to entertain ourselves for a few weeks, I called for suggestions for things to keep us occupied.

John H was inspired by the boys' apparent inability to distinguish between Glenfiddich and Lambs Navy Rum and he wrote:
"There's an old song called "Yo Ho Ho And A Bottle Of Rum" from Treasure Island written by Robert Lewis Stevenson 1881 and more lyrics added by Young Ewing Allison 1891"
and listed some of the different lyrics that are to be found by a Google search. He then suggested:

"Let's give it a new lease of life with new words about Alex and Pete and Berrimilla... I'll start..."
